PHILOSOPHY
The fundamental concern is with Man and his complex nature especially
his multifaceted relationships with the world around and beyond. It is in this context that we try to investigate and explain
those aspects of Man’s nature that particularly concern or challenge him.
The Philosophy programme of the Claretian institute of Philosophy is a conversational retrieval of the
philosophical tradition of Thomas Aquinas within the context of a cultural and academic pluralism that takes African and Nigerian questions seriously.
